General Questions
Our charter fee includes the yacht rental, licensed captain and crew, fuel, docking fees, premium Bluetooth sound systems, and high-end onboard amenities. Larger yachts include bartender service. We also provide bottled water, soft drinks, a cooler, and simple décor to enhance your experience. Event coordination is included.
Optional add-ons such as catering, DJ services, and photography can be arranged upon request.
Our fleet accommodates 12 to 50 guests, depending on the yacht:
- Antares (38 ft): up to 12 guests
- Phoenix (56 ft): up to 40 guests
- Nebula (76 ft, coming 2026): up to 50 guests
No — all charters are operated by our licensed captains and trained professional crew. You do not need any boating experience.
Gratuity is not required, but it is highly appreciated for our captain and crew in recognition of exceptional service.
To protect the yacht and ensure guest safety, the following are not permitted:
- Open-flame devices
- Sharp objects (knives, razors, blades)
- Confetti, glitter, or small decorative particles
- Glass bottles (unless pre-approved for certain events)
- Fireworks or sparklers
- High heels (not permitted on certain yachts for safety)
If you’re unsure about an item, please contact us before your event.
High heels are not recommended for safety reasons. Inside the yacht, guests may be required to go barefoot.
Booking & Pricing
We recommend:
- 1–4 weeks in advance for standard bookings
- 4–12 weeks for weekends and peak season (June–September)
- 3–6 months for weddings or large events
No. Our pricing is fully transparent.
Your proposal will clearly outline all included services and optional upgrades.
- 14+ days before departure: Full refund
- Within 14 days: No refund, but free rescheduling within 12 months
- Weather or mechanical issues (Wave Rider initiated): Full refund or free rescheduling
- Mid-charter weather cancellations (captain decision): Remaining time rescheduled with credit for future booking
All cancellations must be made in writing.
A refundable damage deposit may be requested for certain events. Any accidental damages, excessive mess, or policy violations may result in deductions.
Event-Specific Questions
Safety & Logistics
- For unsafe weather: Free rescheduling
- For light rain: Charters proceed — all yachts have climate-controlled interiors
- For sudden storms mid-charter: Captain may return; remaining time is rescheduled

Late arrivals will shorten the charter time, as we cannot extend past scheduled bookings.
